Changing My Life From This Moment On
Yesterday May 26th, 2012 .....Was a Bad Day
As usual I drank a bunch of beer. Hey, it was "my day off" right? So of course I was entitled to it. Anyway long story short, I got drunk, got into a fight with my girlfriend, jumped out of a moving car, called my parents and told them I was an alcoholic, and got to sleep on the couch.
So today I feel like a complete failure. I can't believe how idiotic and stupid my behavior has been. Today it changes. That is the point of this website.
It is not for anyone else. If you happen to stumble by and find something on this website that helps you, I am glad. But that is incidental.
This website is to help me focus, plan and document my journey so that I can be a better person.
Right now, I am not a good person. I am a bringer of negativity and anger and alcoholism and pathetic hatred.
I am working to change that.

Here's the Plan in a Nutshell
3 areas to focus on:
First -- No booze from here on out. I am going to remember how much I love Kim and how much of an ass I make myself, how ashamed I am the next day.
Second -- Nutrition. I'm back on the six-meals a day plan and eliminating all the white starches and fried garbage. More fruits and veggies and fresh juices.
Third -- I resume p90x today where I left off. I let it slide for the week we went to Disneyland... today I workout.
Fourth -- I read a book a week. I am going to set up a reading list and knock the books off of it one at a time. I just turned 35. Let's say 52 books on the list and start today.
